K-portal has payslips of employees. Ask any employee and he’d tell you.

I am an ex-NIDan, and while i agree that it is poor design, im a bit sceptical of your claim that everything on k-portal is lying in readiness for hackers. but if it is, it really needs to be looked into. i dont think there are payslips on k-portal. though there are grades and passwords. the indifference of the authorities is quite typical of indian institutes, as u may already know.
